This is the second book by Shannon Hale that I have read, and I loved it almost as much as "Book of a Thousand Days" which I've told you all about. This is a cute book - such a fast and fun read. Especially those of you who enjoy reading youth fiction, you've got to start reading Shannon Hale's books. She's so creative.
And by the way, I want to hear what the rest of you have been reading outside our "assigned" books! This blog is far too quiet.

You're right; the blog has been pretty quiet. I haven't been able to read a single non-fiction book for a month--I just can't find the time or the inclination anymore, but I know it will help time go faster for me so I should start reading again.
I heard P. Academy was good. I hope everyone likes Curse of Chalion--it's fantasy too!
this book is very well written, very clean, extremely entertaining, and fantastic with a capital F. I love all of Shannon Hale's books and I'm looking forward to reading Goosegirl for bookclub. She captures her characters so well and you just get enveloped into the plot. LOVE HER!
